Refund & Returns

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (consumable vape goods), all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened products. Unopened, unused items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery โ€” contact us before sending anything back.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product (e.g. a non-functional device out of the box, a sealed item that is empty, or obvious manufacturing defects), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the defect and your order details.

Eligible defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We do not cover products that have been damaged by the buyer or used past normal capacity.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours at info@acecarts.org. We will arrange a replacement or credit for the correct item at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Confirmed lost orders may be reshipped or refunded on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order โ€” typically cryptocurrency or store credit. Crypto refunds may take 1โ€“3 business days to process. We do not issue cash refunds for cryptocurrency payments.

How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Email info@acecarts.org with your order details
  • Include photos of the product if relevant
  • Include your order number, name, and description of the issue
  • We will respond within 24โ€“48 business hours

Exclusions

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: change of mind, personal preference, ordered incorrect flavor/product, or products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Wholesale master box orders are final sale.
