All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email and WhatsApp update once your order is shipped.
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size and destination. Tracking information is provided by email and WhatsApp for all orders.
International shipping is available. Estimated delivery is 7โ21 business days depending on destination. Additional customs and import fees may apply โ the buyer is responsible for all customs costs. Contact us before ordering internationally for current rates and availability.
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded mailers. There are no brand logos or product descriptions visible on the outside of any shipment. Return address uses a neutral name.
Tracking numbers are provided via email and WhatsApp within 24 hours of shipment. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of payment confirmation, contact us at info@acecarts.org or via WhatsApp.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we may require the buyer to file a claim with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. If you realize an error, contact us immediately at info@acecarts.org.
The minimum order amount is $100 USD. Free shipping applies to US orders over $250 USD. Orders below this threshold incur a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
